Changing the bulb color to white, you need to add ballast but it still not hid. Its only using led bulb. That will cost less than 300 for a pair. Changed my previous w211 lights to all white, interior & exterior all white lights. Berry Swee.......

Like a breakdown repeating record player! :1grin:

The older type includes a starter for each of your HID bulb too.
Told many guys before to get original Philips 6K HID set!
Some still insist cheapo are good!
They can be as cheap as <$100 a set!
Said before too, GE Burners, Burners from Eastern Europe, so call OEM philip bulbs not ballast, etc.
U should be able to get an original Philip HID set for $300+ in Singapore.
Proper labelled with serial numbers!
Cheapo HIDs has outgassing effect and long term corrode the headlamp linings.
Projector headlamp will not notice this defect cos U cannot see inside :1grin:
I've changed my set of Prado Headlamps before due to outgassing!
Usually takes about 3 to 4 yrs to take effect.
So if U dun intend to keep your car long, by all mean!
If U wanna save money, just do it!
One thing some cheapo HID also not so bright as claimed in terms of lumens.
Cheapo HIDs IMHO are good for fog lamp cos U dun turn them on all the time.
I've experienced <$100 cheapo HID for my fogs brighter than a $200 set bought locally.

Thanks for your comment.

Sonic racing price wasn't cheap tho. about the same as Philips. I tried philips before. after awhile the white became yellow too. It's above $300...
