How to remove plastic strip from windscreen

Can you advise me how to strip the plastic strip on the side of windscreen for w246. The rubber lining is twisted. I want to get it fix. DIY. Thanks.

there are clips holding it down. Be careful when u pull it as the clips can break. If broken, u r screwed....need new one. Better to go to a body shop to fix.
