Driver door can't open after I press the unlock button on the key. The door lock pin show unlock position. When driver door is in open position, the door pin cannot be pressed into closed

Lucky the passenger door can open and I open the driver door from inside.

Any advise?

If your car is still under warranty...suggest you go back to C&C to check. Had this problem with my W212 rear door before and they changed the lock mechanism ...

Did you try changing the remote battery?

C&C say the external handle loose. Tighten back a d working now
