Will appreciate if anyone can share/advice any workshop to add GPS(integrate into the Audio 20) for W204. There is a NAVI button there but no map... Thanks.

Cannot add lah, but can install with a GPS on the system by activating with the Control Knob instead of selecting GPS on Audio 20. Approx. $800

Yes! Quite many Car Audio shop can do it for you!
They will add a Multi Media Interface (MMI) - usually Made In Taiwan (though ah mohs maybe even selling them on eBay)
The MMI will comes with a interface cable similar to your current Audio 20 to the LCD screen.
The retrofit will involve, the interface cable from the audio 20 --> MMI --> MMI interface cabl to LCD screen.
The MMI will comes usually with 3 sets of RCA AV inputs, RGB input for use with Garmin GVN53 Blackbox GPS receiver, video input for reverse camera.
With the 2 sets of RCA AV inputs, option wise you can add an after market DVD player, Digital TV receiver or even game console, iPod/iPhone but controls only on the iPod/iPhone.

You can also change to the bigger screen too!
If you do not use Garmin - U can consider another Window CE based Interface which can turn your Audio 20 screen into Touch screen only for GPS Navigation but this is using AEGIS Map (If U are comfortable with AIGIS cos updates are unlike Garmin - U get free from Malfreemaps)
